Please be aware before purchasing either online or from our installer/Resellers than we do not provide Refunds on any of our TV boxes once opened and used. This is to protect our servers and Content. By purchasing you agree to these terms.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you're box is faulty we will endeavour to fix this unit and if we are unable to fix, we will provide you with a new TV box of the same value,

99% of the time we can amend any issues online and can see if any of our TV boxes are showing faults by simply logging In to the TV boxes mac address.

We do not accept nor offer refunds if...

.. You're internet is not up to correct speeds.

.. Damage to the units intentionly or unintentionally

.. Simply Changing you're mind

Please accept these terms before you commit to buying any of our TV boxes.

If you suspect that you're tv box is faulty then please email us, with name, contact number and the mac address of the box thats at fault.

This is for TV boxes only.

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

Faulty units will be fixed or replaced at same value. Please email us directly.
If faulty can not be fixed over online then will arrange collection of the unit either by our resellers/installers or by providing you with postal address depending on how you purchased our TV boxes.
